International Thank You Day, which falls on January 11th, is regarded as one of the most "polite” days in the world. You know, it is good to remind each and everyone that words of gratitude are of great importance because they really possess magic qualities: they bring people happiness and help them to be attentive to one another.
When we arrive in a foreign country, the first thing we do is find out how to greet the people we meet and of course, how to thank them in their language. The words "thank you” even if they are pronounced with an accent, magically improve both the speed and the quality of service. Why does this happen?
